Busy Boulevard St. Michel (or “boul’ Miche”) is the main artery for the Latin Quarter, culminating a block away (to the left) at the intersection with Boulevard St. Germain. There’s still a bohemian vibe at cafés and boutiques nearby, although nowadays you’re more likely to find pantyhose at 30 percent off.
